Warranty and terms
We say openly what the warranty covers and what it does not — better before you buy than afterwards.
Two separate warranties
Sauna kit (structure, benches, door, windows, roof covering) — 12 months from delivery.
Stove — the manufacturer's warranty (Harvia, Etna); its length depends on the model. It is a separate document that comes with the stove.
What is covered
A leaking structure, with proper use.
Cracks right through the timber.
Manufacturing faults: badly fitted staves, faulty bands, defective fittings.
A leaking flue pass-through or wall pass-through supplied by us.
Defects of the roof covering.
What is not covered — and why
Surface cracks in the timber and colour change caused by the sun. This is how timber naturally behaves between outdoor temperature and 90 °C — it is not a manufacturing fault.
The consequences of missing treatment. Treating the outside once a year is the user's job; without it the timber ages faster.
The consequences of a poor base. A sauna on grass or uneven ground settles crooked and the door stops closing — this is not a design defect.
Faults caused by incorrect assembly by the buyer or a third party.
Wearing parts: seals, sauna stones.
Damage in transport that you arranged yourself.
How to report a problem
WhatsApp or email with a photo and a description. We answer within two working days.
Where we can, we send you the replacement part and show you how to fit it.
Returns and cancellation
A consumer may cancel a standard kit within 14 days of receiving it. The return is at the buyer's expense — the cost of returning the pallet is charged at the carrier's tariff. The kit must come back complete, unassembled and undamaged.
This does not apply to kits made to individual order or clearly personalised. Until production starts, an order can be cancelled free of charge.
